TRR have been commissioned to identifya skilled SC Cleared ServiceNow Architect to support the design and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM, CMDB and CSDM for one of their government clients. Must be UK based. Fully Remote. Long Term contract -Excellent Day Rate DOE.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives The role will provide architectural leadership, ensuring the platform is aligned with best practices and capable of supporting scalable service management solutions. Define and maintain the ServiceNow technical roadmap Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture Provide architectural governance across ServiceNow implementations Oversee CMDB structure, data quality, and governance Implement and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to support platform development and optimisation

Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect xehkeey Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM Deep understanding of CMDB design and governance Hands-on experience with CSDM implementation Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations and enterprise architecture especially multi-vendor ecosystems. Good understanding of ITIL service management processes
