On offer is a Service & Warranty Advisor role where you will manage all customer and retailer communication into the Service & Warranty department, ensuring that all communications (phone/email/web) are correctly logged on the company CRM system and appropriately processed to a satisfactory resolution.
This role requires the skill to resolve customers' issues in a swift, successful, and diplomatic manner, regardless of the circumstances
The role:
To handle calls, email enquiries and issues covering all aspects of the customer base, ensuring CRM is accurately updated
Support the TCSA Team (Technical Customer Service Advisor) in the process of administrative procedures
Support the customer base with general enquiries and process genuine warranty claims quickly through workflow
Manage inbound service request bookings on CRM system
