Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Service Operations Coordinator within the Customer care Center Team, based in Leicester. The hours of work will be 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
Acting as the primary interface between our internal and external customers and will have the flexibility with the ability to upskill into other roles within the Customer Care Centre.
On a typical day you will
Ensure all customer and mechanic questions are dealt with promptly and efficiently
Ensure that our Otis Business Systems are updated with specific, accurate information
Take ownership of customer follow ups for both Internal and External customers promptly.
Accurately log and update all information gathered from the customer within the relevant business systems to ensure an efficient response while adhering to Customer Service standards.
