ServiceNow Technical Architect - London / Manchester / Edinburgh
Up to £90,000 DOE | SC Eligible | No Sponsorship
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines. This is a hybrid role based in London, Manchester, or Edinburgh, offering an exciting opportunity to work with enterprise clients and provide technical leadership across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and deliver ServiceNow solutions that address business challenges across ITSM and other modules (ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.).
  • Lead and mentor teams of ServiceNow developers, providing technical guidance and implementing quality standards, code reviews, and architectural oversight.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients in a trusted advisor capacity to design and implement new solutions.
  • Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational runbooks.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow offerings and identify opportunities to apply new capabilities and AI/GenAI integrations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in implementation methodology, service offerings, and client solutions.
  • Influence and consult with sponsors and stakeholders on governance, technical decisions, and program management.
Requirements:
  • SC eligible; no sponsorship available.
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development and technical architecture.
  • Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications.
  • Experience across at least three ServiceNow product lines outside ITSM.
  • Advanced scripting and integration skills (JavaScript, SQL, API/Web Services).
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams in technical and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable:
  • Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance.
  • Experience in implementing AI/GenAI capabilities within ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong background with enterprise software or consulting environments.
