Service Manager Salary:  £22,597.64 pro-rata (FTE £41,805.63) Contract:  Fixed Term – 12 months Your week : 20 hours per week: Mon, Tues, Thurs 9:00am - 4:30pm Location:  Office Based - Gainsborough HRS
As a  Service Manager , you’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of our Gainsborough HRS service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high‑quality, person‑centred support for our customers. You’ll lead and inspire your team, maintain regulatory compliance, and work collaboratively with partners to deliver a service that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Snapshot of your role Lead the day‑to‑day operational management of the service, ensuring compliance with all contractual, regulatory and legislative requirements.
Deliver a safe, person‑centred service where customers receive support aligned to their assessed needs and personal goals.
Oversee safeguarding, incidents, complaints, risk management and quality assurance processes, ensuring timely reporting and action.
