We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Service Manager to oversee a 4-bed Supported Living service in York. This Service Manager role is focused on supporting adults with learning disabilities, alongside individuals with mental health needs, complex needs, and some mobility challenges.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Support Team Leader or Service Manager who is committed to delivering high-quality care and empowering individuals with learning disabilities to live independently within their community in York.
The Role - Service Manager As a Service Manager in York, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team delivering specialist support to adults with learning disabilities.
The Service Manager will ensure person-centred support is consistently delivered, maintaining high standards of care, compliance, and positive outcomes.
