This senior leadership role focuses on providing strategic oversight and operational management to ensure high-quality services for children and families. You will lead multiple managers and teams, ensuring statutory duties are fulfilled, performance standards are achieved, and service improvements are continuously implemented. Directly supervise and appraise managers responsible for teams of Social Workers, Intervention Workers, partners, and students
