Service Manager  Fostering and Adoption Location: North YorkshirePay rate:  £41 per hour We are looking for an experienced and passionate Service Manager to lead Fostering and Adoption  Service in the North Yorkshire. You will be responsible for Line Managers of  four Fostering Team Managers and one Adoption Manager. You will attend Management meeting with Senior Managers and cover the Area Manager for Children Looked After and Leaving Care when they are on annual leave. You will also improve performance and compliance and provide monthly reports on performance and compliance. The purpose of the post is to support the work to improve the standard of practice across the Service and take responsibility for the day to day running of all aspects of the Fostering and Adoption  Service . Perfect candidate will be: Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England. BA/MA/BSc/MSc Social Work, CQSW, DipSW, CSS or CCETSW approved equivalent).
