Service Engineer (Field Based)
We are currently recruiting a Service Engineer to support customers across the Dorset and Hampshire region. This is a field-based role suited to a practical, customer-focused engineer who enjoys fault-finding, problem-solving and working independently. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment at customer sites, ensuring a high standard of service and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities Carry out field-based service, maintenance and repair of electro-mechanical and/or electronic equipment
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently on customer sites
Undertake installation and commissioning of equipment where required
Provide a professional, customer-focused service at all times
Accurately complete service reports and documentation
Work in line with health & safety procedures and company standards
Liaise with technical and operations teams to resolve issues effectively
