At JULABO we offer the best comprehensive support to all our clients and users within a wide range of industries from chemical synthesis, automotive, food, pharmacy and temperature calibration. The Support Engineer is a key customer facing part of this approach. The role is a mix between office and field based and requires great interpersonal skills and flexibility: installation and commissioning of units at clients sites training of operators and supporting them with applications, setup and automation/computer control on site preventative maintenance, calibration and service advising customers on technical issues and fault diagnosis. Including part numbers/pricing on the phone and via e-mail modification and upgrades of JULABO equipment
