The role of the Service Engineer Platform Lifts will involve: Field Service Engineer position covering London dealing with the diagnosis, service and maintenance of lifts and automatic platforms Conducting fault finding, stripping down, and the repair of lifts and equipment Liaising with the Team Leader to coordinate daily schedules, prioritise reactive call-outs, and ensure planned maintenance visits are completed efficiently Responsible for working on a range of commercial and residential platform lift projects Ensure all equipment is left in safe working order, restored in-line with safety standards Submit detailed reports on the work carried out, findings and details of stock used Deliver exceptional customer service at all times Initial training will be provided to ensure knowledge of lift systems and processs
