You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on pressure vessels, pressurisation units, and HIUs, as well as fault finding, producing accurate reports, and making technical recommendations. The role also involves managing system drain downs and refills, replacing pumps and valves, servicing plate heat exchangers, and working within energy centres, large plant rooms, and building distribution systems.This role would suit a Service Engineer, with a background in Heating Interface Units and preferable experience with Multi-Skilled Building Facilities Maintenance with related qualifications.
