Service Engineer (Electrical Motors)
£40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime OTE 60k + Van + Profit Share Bonus + 5% Pension

Are you a Service Engineer from an electrical motors background looking for a truly unique role where every day is different, covering the UK working on bespoke market-leading equipment, with plenty of overtime to drastically increase your earnings?

Are you looking to join a large group of companies at the forefront of their niche industry, offering ongoing tailored training and development on their equipment through a dedicated training academy, and a direct route to progress to a Lead Engineer?

In this field-based role you will be covering the UK in a provided van working with another Engineer to service, repair and install generators, motors, transformers and related equipment. You will receive further training through the internal academy, then assisting in the local workshop when needed.

Founded 15 years ago, this company have grown exponentially over recent years and are now looking to add to their team to continue their expansion. They repair, service and maintain a range of rotating equipment across the UK and overseas within Rail, Healthcare, Schools, and Data Centres for example.
\n
This role would suit someone who has worked on any kind of electrical rotating equipment such as motors or generators, looking to level up their career within a well-known leader in the industry.
The Role:

Performing servicing, repairs and maintenance on bespoke equipment
\n
Working on generators, alternators, motors and similar, with training given
\n
Covering the UK in a provided van, average of 2/3 nights away a week
\n
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm, 40 hours a week
\n
Overtime paid at 1.5x, can be up to 10 hours per week
\n
