Duties for the role of Service Desk Engineer in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire include: Provide 1st and 2nd line support for a wide range of IT issues, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based services Respond to support tickets via phone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and user accounts Maintain and update system documentation and internal knowledge base Assist with onboarding/offboarding, patch management, and general IT administration Work closely with senior engineers on escalated tickets and small projects ??
