FM Service Planner / Coordinator

A well-established, privately owned building services contractor is seeking an experienced FM Service Planner / Coordinator to support the delivery of maintenance works on a key static site near North-West London.

This is a fast-paced, operations-focused role where you will coordinate engineers, schedule works, and ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery for the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the central point of coordination for all service and maintenance activities Schedule and allocate work to a team of Gas and Building Services Engineers based on priority and location Plan workloads efficiently to ensure optimum engineer utilisation Manage incoming service requests via phone and email from the client Liaise closely with Contract Managers to support service delivery and performance Monitor and update job progress, ensuring timely completion Support KPI and SLA performance through effective planning and organisationRequirements:
