TrinIT Talent are looking for an Account Delivery/Operations Manager to join on a permanent basis in London (Hybrid). This role is paying £45,000 per annum + benefits.
Job Description:-
You will own the end-to-end operational delivery for a key customer account, ensuring SLA performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial success within a managed services environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Own service delivery across BAU and project teams
Ensure SLAs, KPIs and contractual obligations are met
Lead service review meetings and manage escalations
Oversee ITIL processes (incident, problem, change)
Manage budgets, forecasting, and account profitability
Act as primary operational contact for the customer
Drive service improvement and operational efficiency
Key Skills:-
6+ years in service delivery/operations
Experience managing customer-facing accounts
Strong SLA-driven managed services background
Commercially aware with strong stakeholder skills
ITIL experience (certification desirable)
