Job DescriptionDescription As a\nService Delivery Supervisor, you will manage the LDP Operational\nTeams in the successful delivery of the Cadent Mains Replacement\nProgramme in the North West. The Service Delivery Supervisor will\nprovide supervision to those teams under their jurisdiction, from\nwork stack handover through to project completion in an effective\nand efficient manner. Success will be measured against our 3\nimperatives; HSEQ performance, programme adherence and outstanding\ncustomer satisfaction.

\n Key\nResponsibilities

Supervise\nthe delivery teams during the works, including site set up,\nenabling of the works, Gas operations, backfill and reinstatement\nand site completion Attend all sites in order\nto disseminate the Construction Phase Plan information, including\nall RAMS, with regards setting up of the site and to brief the Team\nleader on their responsibilities to ensure that the works carried\nout on the Network comply with the relevant statutory requirements\n(CDM, IGEM) and Cadent standards and Procedures \n

Supervise, the opening and closing of street works\npermits in accordance with NRSWA including the management of agreed\nTraffic Management and Permit Conditions and the timely capture of\nreinstatement completion information Ensure\nthat all the client and operational requirements are met in a\nprofessional and efficient manner Work\ncollaboratively with the Customer Liaison Officer to engage with\ncustomers and identify any specific needs (PSR, line etc)\nto minimise disruption Provide daily and\nweekly reports as required and to ensure that all service levels\nand objectives are achieved Provide a positive\nand innovative input into the team, through provision of solutions\nto problems and embracing change Ensure\nthat safety issues are reported in line with Company\nprocedures \n

Experience\nand Qualifications

SHEA\n(Gas) NRSWA 1991 (Supervisor) \n

SCO 1,2 & 5 () IOSH or\nSMSTS () NCO Gas Level 2 / Gas\nmanager’s appreciation \n
