Service Delivery Manager – Manchester Airport Group Leidos is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to partner with Manchester Airport Group (MAG) and drive service excellence across four airport sites. Responsibilities

Operate and deliver “24/7 technical service operations” for MAG across Manchester, Stansted, East Midlands and other required locations. Manage operational delivery, asset maintenance, software upgrades, inventory management and incident recovery to meet contractual SLA targets. Lead a high‑performance cross‑functional technical team, plan workforce resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Own SLA management, performance reporting, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery. Coordinate audit and inspection activities and maintain health & safety, compliance, and cyber‑security standards across all sites. Partner with the Service Program Account Manager and internal stakeholders to influence strategy, escalation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing multi‑site, large‑scale, technical service operations in regulated environments. Strong leadership, people management, and a track record of building high‑performance agile teams. Excellent planning, time‑management, commercial and financial acumen. Advanced IT skills – CRM, data analytics, reporting tools, and ISO quality system knowledge. High integrity, professionalism, and a passion for performance and development of people. Experience travelling regularly and supporting travel between airport sites.

Education & Certifications

Level 5 Leadership/Management or equivalent experience. NVQ Level 3, HNC, HND in electronics or mechanical engineering. IOSH Managing Safely competency.
