Service Coordinator - Assisted Discharge Location: Winchester, SO23 0LD, with travel around the area Salary: £25,541 to £27,200 per annum, pro rata Hours: 21 per week Contract: Fixed term contract until 30th September 2026 with possibility of an extension Additional Requirement: Applicants must have a full licence (2 years) and access to a vehicle We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role
