Job role / duties
• Ensure all quotes, billing, customer & purchase orders, warranty issues, maintenance & master data procedures are actioned as directed
• Allocate and plan field engineer’s working day and communicate information effectively
• Ensure any spare parts, plant and equipment is ordered and arrives ready for the engineers on-site
• Ensure that all documentation, PPE, equipment, accommodation and travel arrangements are order and booked for Engineers
• Ensure all planned work is carried out and diarised effectively in order to create successful workflow patterns
• Create and present activity reports to SMT
• General administration in order to support the Service Manager
To be considered for this role you MUST
• Have experienced of scheduling engineers or similar
• Be highly experienced of using SAP and MS Office
• Be a strong written & verbal communicator
