Plant Service Controller – Construction & Plant Industry Bristol £38,000–£40,000 per annum NEOS Engineering are partnered with a leading construction business, renowned for their excellence across building envelope works, flat roofing, M&E, and refurbishments. They're looking for a hands-on Plant Service Controller to join their team in Bristol and take the reins on maintaining and optimising the performance of their plant and fleet operations across the region. If you're from a technical background and love being at the heart of keeping things running efficiently, this one's for you. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and prioritise workloads for fitters, ensuring timely maintenance and repair across the plant and fleet. Order parts, manage inventory levels, and liaise with external suppliers to minimise downtime. Oversee specialist repairs by arranging subcontractors when needed. Take ownership of the operational efficiency and reliability of the fleet within your region. Ensure all maintenance activities meet health and safety standards – safety comes first.
