Schedule and allocate work for field and workshop engineers
Coordinate PPM, servicing, and statutory inspections
Manage breakdowns, prioritising urgent jobs efficiently
Liaise with suppliers to order and track parts
Keep customers and internal teams updated on progress
Maintain accurate service and compliance records
Process job sheets, check labour hours, and support invoicing
