You'll act as a first point of contact for resolving customer service charge queries and complaints. Ensuring complaints are handled fairly, transparently and in line with regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality customer service. We'll look to you to play a key part in reducing service charge disputes, improving trust with residents and supporting continuous improvement in service charge setting, communication and recovery. If you have demonstrable experience handling service charge complaints and have strong investigative and analytical skills we want to hear from you.
