Cedar has partnered with a leading professional services firm to hire a Service Charge Accounting Manager into its expanding Bristol team.

The successful candidate will have previous residential service charge experience.

The role:

• Lead on the delivery of service charge reviews for key clients
• Manage and develop a team, ensuring high-quality output
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling queries and escalations
• Drive efficiencies, improve processes, and contribute to wider business growth

Person specification

• ACA / ACCA qualified, or strong service charge accounting experience
• Solid background in residential service charge accounting (essential)
• Experience in practice or industry, ideally with some audit exposure
• Confident managing stakeholders and leading teams
• Commercially aware and proactive in approach
