Service Advisor Roadside Motors Lurgan Location: 71 Belfast Road Lurgan BT66 7JP Job Type: Full-Time (Permanent) Hours: 8:45 -5.15 pm Monday- Friday About us Roadside Motors Lurgan are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our award winning Aftersales team. We are a family run business which was founded in Lurgan in the 50s. At the heart of our business is a commitment to provide an exceptional customer service and this position is key in delivering that. Job Summary The Service Advisor is the main point of contact between the customer and the servicing department. They liaise with the customer and communicate customer concerns to servicing team, ensuring exceptional customer service and accuracy. Responsibilities Include: Scheduling service appointments, MOTs, coordinating with entire Aftersales department to optimise a smooth delivery service. Managing and updating customer records, ensuring accurate documentation and transactions are recorded within the system. Establishing strong relationships with customers, keeping them informed throughout each step of their car service and repair journey. Accurately recording customer concerns and correctly documenting their vehicles issues for technicians. Maintaining a large volume of customer interactions. This includes both telephone calls with the customer and online booking systems. Helping with customer follow-ups and service reminders. Skills and Qualifications needed Ability to work in a customer focused, fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills. GCSE Mathematics and English Language A - C (or equivalent). Problem Solving and Multitasking Skills. Previous Experience in a Customer facing role, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent Time Management and Organisational Skills. Computer Literacy
