The Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy, well-established dealership in Bexhill. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be the key link between the workshop and customers, ensuring all service and repair work is handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair

*

Advising customers on required work and upselling additional products/services where appropriate

*

Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of work

*

Providing accurate estimates and keeping customers updated throughout

*

Processing job cards, invoices, and warranty claims

*

Ensuring excellent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) results

*

Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally

About You

*

Previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferred)

*

Strong communication and organisational skills

*

Ability to work well under pressure

*

Confident using dealership management systems

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Team player with a positive attitude
