Hours: MonFri 9:00am5:00pm | Sat 8:00am1:00pm | Sun & Bank Holidays Closed

The Role
As a Service Advisor, youll be responsible for:
Greeting customers and providing a welcoming first impression
Booking appointments, managing diaries, and organising the daily schedule
Handling phone calls, email enquiries, and customer queries
Preparing job cards and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately
Communicating with technicians and updating customers on progress
Taking payments and issuing invoices
Maintaining a tidy, well-presented reception area
Supporting the smooth running of the garage with general administrative tasks
Youll deliver excellent customer care while helping maintain an efficient and professional front-of-house service.
What Were Looking For
Youll need:
Previous experience in a customer service or advisor role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational ability and attention to detail
Confidence using computer systems and booking software
A positive attitude and professional manner
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
