Our Client, a respected main dealership in Northallerton, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to further their career as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry, working with a supportive management team and gaining diverse experience across the dealership.

OTE approximately £35,000 with performance incentives

Duties:
Handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and professionally as a Service Advisor
Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running issues where appropriate
Clearly explain work to be carried out and obtain customer authorisation
Ensure compliance with manufacturer service requirements
Maintain accurate records and relevant systems at all times
Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
