22 days holiday plus bank holiday
Duties:
* Booking in customers
* Checking customers in & out explaining the work carried out
* Up selling repairs and parts to customers
* Selling service plans
* Monitored on customer service feedback
* Must be motivated & able to work at a fast pace
Experience required
* Customer Service experience
* Confident speaking with people on the phone
* Excellent PC skills
