We’re supporting an established, international business in the consumer tech space. Behind their products is a collaborative team that keeps everything running smoothly, and this role sits right at the centre of it.
You’ll be:
Managing customer queries and keeping orders on track
Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating shipments with warehouses and logistics partners
Supporting internal teams with day-to-day admin
Handling returns and service requests
Occasional travel to partner sites (not a constant requirement)This is more about mindset than experience. You might be early in your career, returning to work, or simply looking for a more balanced role.
