PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As the leader of our Serious Injury Team, you will be responsible for the successful management our expert serious injury file handlers and their caseload. You will be responsible for supporting the team and the customer to handle claims in an empathetic and reassuring way, whilst managing processes efficiently, securing the maximum win for both the customer and the business.
AS SERIOUS INJURY TEAM MANAGER YOU WILL Oversee the delivery of high value intermediate and multi-track injury work Manage the day-to-day running of the team and full end-to-end employee cycle Lead, develop and mentor a team of serious injury file handlers, influencing and supporting them to deliver strong results and support in the development of the serious injury team assistant.
