Academics Ltd are supporting a welcoming secondary school in Swindon who are looking to appoint a Geography Teacher for September. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and well-established department where high-quality teaching and student engagement are genuinely valued.
The school is seeking a teacher who can deliver engaging lessons and inspire students to develop a strong understanding of the world around them across KS3 and KS4.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and well-structured Geography lessons across KS3-KS4
- Inspire curiosity and a deeper understanding of geographical concepts
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff across the faculty
- Foster a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment
- Uphold strong safeguarding practices at all times
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography
- Confidence teaching across KS3 and KS4
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A positive, professional and team-oriented approach
