Our Digital & SEO team have a full time 12 month fixed term contract opportunity for a SEO Manager .

We're looking for a strategic SEO to shape and deliver our Group-wide Organic Search strategy, spanning traditional search engines and emerging AI large language models.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Digital & SEO, this role will work with agency partners and cross-functional teams to drive visibility, performance and revenue across multiple Coventry Building Society and Co-operative Bank brands and product areas, covering content, offsite and technical SEO.

With a strong commercial mindset, this role will balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, using data to drive performance and future proof our presence in an evolving AI-driven search landscape.

What are the roles responsibilities:

We require a leader to shape and deliver a Group-wide SEO and AEO strategy that boosts organic visibility and drives commercial growth.
