Are you an experienced Drainage & Flood Risk Engineer with a passion for delivering innovative infrastructure solutions? I'm currently working with a leading consultancy that's looking to grow its dynamic team with the addition of a Senior/Principal Engineer.

The Role: Based in Guildford with hybrid working flexibility, this role will see you taking the lead on a variety of development-focused projects. You'll play a key role from concept through to delivery, using your technical expertise to shape high-quality outcomes that have a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n Lead the design and technical delivery of infrastructure schemes \n

Undertake Flood Risk Assessments and produce effective Drainage Strategies \n

Apply software such as AutoCAD, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage for design and analysis \n

Manage projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines and client satisfaction are achieved \n

Work closely with stakeholders including local authorities, developers, and planning teams \n

Present complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences \n

What They're Looking For:

\n

\n A degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline \n

Strong experience in drainage and flood risk work (FRA, SuDS design, etc.) \n

Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects \n

Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage (or similar) \n

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset \n
