Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits:

Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Job Overview: As a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional and project-led surveying services across a commercial portfolio.
The role will focus primarily on delivering existing instructions, working closely with Directors and supporting junior team members. You will be responsible for managing projects and professional instructions from inception through to completion, ensuring high standards of technical delivery and client service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware surveyor who is looking to step into a more senior role within a collaborative environment, with a clear route for further progression.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering a range of building surveying services across commercial assets
* Managing refurbishment and maintenance projects
* Undertaking professional work including dilapidations, technical due diligence and contract administration
* Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors within the team
* Maintaining and developing client relationships
* Contributing to business development activities over time (not essential from day one)
Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Job Requirements:
* MRICS qualified (or equivalent)
* Proven experience within a consultancy/private practice environment
* Strong technical grounding across core building surveying disciplines
* Experience working with commercial property clients
* Ability to manage multiple instructions and deliver work independently
* Commercial awareness with a proactive and reliable approach
* Full UK driving licence
