Senior/Associate Building Surveyor

Overview We are partnering with a leading London-based building surveying practice to grow their high-performing team. You will be based at their trophy central London offices, with fully flexible and hybrid working options. In this role, you’ll manage multiple residential surveying projects concurrently, deliver exceptional client service and drive towards billing targets.

Experience & Qualifications Chartered or near-chartership status (MRICS/FRICS) with demonstrated APC progress or equivalent experience Proven track record in building surveying across residential portfolios Familiarity with the JCT suite of contracts and CDM regulations, including Principal Designer responsibilities Experience preparing planning and building regulations applications, plus listed building consent submissions Background in defect diagnosis, Capex/long-term maintenance planning and technical specification development
