Senior Web Product Manager


Global Education Group – Hybrid (Central London Office)

Reports to: Global Head of Digital

A high-impact opportunity to own the digital experience for a rapidly growing global education group, operating across 24 countries with over 80,000 students.

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong technical product experience, a sharp eye for conversion optimisation, and a desire to lead strategic web platform development in a fast-paced, international setting.


The Business

This global private education group operates over 110 premium schools across the world — with significant expansion plans underway. Backed by a high-growth strategy, they’ve built dozens of schools from scratch, while acquiring and integrating others under a unified, performance-led digital vision.

The central digital team plays a key role in standardising and improving the customer (parent and student) experience across this diverse network.


The Role

You’ll lead development and optimisation of a centralised Drupal web platform, used across the entire global school portfolio. From technical rollout to A/B testing, AI integration to SEO — you’ll own the platform roadmap and play a pivotal role in driving performance.

Not a pure project management role — this is for someone strategic, hands-on, and data-driven, who can take accountability for outcomes and lead on innovation.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Own the Inspired global web platform, driving performance, UX, and engagement
  • Scope and launch new digital features to improve the online experience for parents and students
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing across key user journeys
  • Analyse CRO test results and implement learnings into the platform roadmap
  • Collaborate on AI and automation opportunities with Marketing Ops
  • Embed SEO best practice into platform development, in collaboration with the SEO team
  • Track KPIs around lead generation, conversion rate, user behaviour, and cost-per-lead
  • Manage agency and development partners to ensure strong delivery and ROI
  • Ensure performance, GDPR compliance, and platform uptime in collaboration with IT


Team & Structure

This role reports directly into the Global Head of Digital and works closely with the global marketing, IT, and operations functions.

You’ll also lead a small cross-functional team including:

  • Director of SEO
  • SEO Executive
  • 3x Web Editors


Tech & Tooling

  • CMS: Drupal (preferred)
  • A/B Testing Tools: Flexible
  • Analytics: GA4, Tagging, Web Performance Monitoring
  • SEO: Working with in-house team
  • AI/Automation: Emerging area of focus


Ideal Candidate

  • Experience managing large-scale or multi-site web platforms (Drupal a strong plus)
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with performance data
  • Proven CRO and testing experience, ideally in lead-gen focused environments
  • Deep understanding of SEO and web traffic acquisition
  • Strong communicator with excellent written English
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing small teams
  • Able to thrive in a lean, high-growth, and international environment
  • Exposure to AI tools or automation workflows is a plus
  • Comfortable owning roadmap, budget, and performance metrics
