This role is located in Manchester.ResponsibilitiesOperate as an Agile SME. Contribute to design of a bespoke agile operating model. Help solve systematic problems with operationalization in structured manner. Facilitates implementation of long-term strategy across the entire organization. Supports iterative development of BNY’s change policies, framework, and proceduresReview and advise on tailored Agile rollout plans for LoB/CFParticipate in and enhance Agile Coach Communities of Practice (COPs)Coach and mentor LoB/CF agile leads, senior managers and product managers in the Lean and scaled-agile mindset, principles, practices, behaviours, and values needed to transform the organization.Conduct trainings and workshops at LoB and Enterprise level. Delivers training classes (virtually and in-person as applicable) for large numbers of peopleChampions continuous learning culture to refine BNY agile operating model, alongside increasing knowledge, competence, performance, and innovation across the Enterprise. Coordinate and encourage change and continuous improvements to increase the team\'s productivity and quality of all deliverablesDesign agile performance metrics and key risk indicatorsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Management, Change Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience requiredRelevant years of experience, with experience as an Agile Coach, and working directly with multiple agile teamsDeep expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks. Expert in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other formal software engineering frameworks and practicesProven experience in leading complex initiatives, coaching, and training; formal training experience with large, cross-functional teams is preferredAbility to take ambiguous topics and translate into actionable plans working with multiple business, operational and technical stakeholdersVery strong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred to have Agile certifications (e.g. SAFe SA, PM/PO, SPC, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO and Kanban)Preferred experience with Agile work management tools like Planview and JiraExperience in the securities or financial services industry would be a plusBenefits and Additional InformationBNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
