Key Responsibilities

* Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on luxury vehicles to the highest standards.

* Use advanced tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

* Maintain accurate service and repair records in line with company requirements.

* Keep up to date with evolving vehicle technologies and industry best practice.

* Work collaboratively within a skilled team to deliver work on time.

* Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and long-term relationships.

Skills & Experience Required

* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with luxury or high-performance brands.

* Relevant automotive qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

* Strong diagnostic capability and in-depth understanding of vehicle systems.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

* Confident communication skills with both colleagues and customers.
