This role is an exciting 12-month contract opportunity for a Senior UX Designer to join a global design team within a leading media and technology company. This role offers the chance to work on high-visibility projects impacting millions of users.

Key Details:

• Role: Senior UX Designer (with strong UI understanding)

• Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in West London

• Duration: 12 months

• Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35 via umbrella)

• Tools: Figma, FigJam, prototyping tools

• Portfolio: Native applications, strong UX problem-solving, design systems thinking

• Work on global connected experience initiatives with distributed teams across the US (East Coast), requiring flexibility for occasional overlap.

• Focus on mobile and e-commerce journeys, including activation flows, billing, and digital self-service improvements.

• Agile, pod-based structure within a large enterprise environment, but ideal for designers who thrive in dynamic, high-visibility teams.

• Collaboration with Senior stakeholders and global design teams—relationship-building skills are key.

Ideal Background:

• 10+ years in UX/UI design

• experience in telco, e-commerce, or highly regulated industries

• Comfortable in both enterprise and growth-stage/start-up environments

Proactive, independent, and able to work in fast-paced settings

This will be working for one of the biggest growth products in Telco. The goal is to help existing internet subscribers add mobile services, creating a multi-service ecosystem. This is a high-priority initiative for the business.
