What youll have the opportunity to work on as a Senior User Researcher:

  • Advise clients and lead Agile teams to design services that meet real user needs
  • Mentor and line manage user researchers, maximising research impact
  • Advocate inclusive, people-centred approaches within user research
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, challenging ideas when needed
  • Support recruitment, events, content creation, and business development

What we need from a senior user researcher:

  • Strong experience in user research across a range of environments
  • Background working in multidisciplinary Agile teams
  • Knowledge of accessibility and/or assisted digital research
  • Proven ability to advocate for user research and influence service design
  • Experience mentoring or managing other researchers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
