Senior UX Designer

Location – London

Salary – Up to £70,000 (DoE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join a forward-thinking digital consultancy that champions user-centred design, agile delivery, and meaningful impact across public and private sector clients. You’ll be joining a purpose-driven digital services consultancy that blends design, data, and engineering to create impactful services for real-world problems. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary Agile teams in designing services based on identified user needs

• Advise clients on UX best practices and how to apply user-centred design to solve complex service problems

• Promote and apply inclusive design methods to ensure accessibility and usability for diverse users

• Foster strong client relationships, navigating stakeholder engagement with professionalism and empathy

• Provide line management and mentorship to other UX professionals

• Represent UX design in recruitment, business development, events, and thought leadership

• Contribute to continuous improvement of design delivery both internally and externally

Essential Experience:

• Proven expertise in UX design, applied across different platforms and domains

• Significant experience working within multidisciplinary Agile teams to deliver user-focused outcomes

• Demonstrated ability to design for accessibility and users with assisted digital needs

• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills

• Line management, coaching, or mentoring experience

• Deep understanding of design, product, and tech disciplines within Agile teams

• Strong consultancy presence with the confidence to advise clients and challenge ideas constructively
