Senior Underwriter, Europe Healthcare Division (26000025) Description Duties and Responsibilities

Perform account analysis according to the underwriting guidelines in order to assist the team in underwriting a complex international Healthcare portfolio. Authorizing of quotes, binders and invoices in accordance with own authority and company guidelines Liaison with other LOB in order to enhance the Healthcare offering Corresponding with brokers with respect to outstanding information pursuant to binding Maintenance of underwriting files in an orderly manner and in accordance with the underwriting guidelines Attend client/broker meetings, lunches, dinners and other social outings as applicable Providing service and support to existing policyholders Management of internal services and third-party partners to ensure our clients benefit from the full suite of AW benefits.

Person Specification

3 years of industry experience – Healthcare preferred but not essential Must be articulate and personable as there will be significant dealings with clients and brokers including attendance and presentations at meetings Basic marketing, negotiation and presentation skills but with a clear aptitude to develop such Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize workAbility to work as part of a team in a collaborative manner Language skills an advantage but not essential
