Job Description
Senior Typescript Engineer opportunity - Manchester - 80k + 15% Bonus + 6% Pension
Morson Edge have teamed up with a mission-driven organisation building systems that process and verify complex open-source information on their search for a Senior Typescript Engineer.
Joining a small engineering department, you'd would work in a cross functional product team responsible for building highly scalable, cloud-, serverless systems in a collaborative DevOps environment.
The teams are responsible for all aspects of the product they work on, from ideation through to supporting systems in production, so you should be confident in practices like system design, testing, deployment, observability and monitoring.
This position would suit someone looking for a role with a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to work on complex technical challenges.
Skills:
TypeScript (Node, React) and AWS (serverless)
REST APIs
NoSQL database (DocumentDB, MongoDB etc.)
Graph database (GraphDB, Neo4j etc.)
Search technologies such (SOLR, Opensearch, ElasticSearch etc.)
