Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, with AutoCAD and GIS knowledge advantageous. A degree (or Masters) in transport planning, civil engineering, geography or a related field is required, with professional accreditation (CIHT, CILT, TPP or ICE) desirable.Working EnvironmentThis is a full-time role based in Manchester with hybrid working in place, typically combining office and home working.
