Senior Planner – Town Planning - Manchester\n\nCompetitive Salary + Benefits\n\nWe are working in partnership with a well-established, independent planning consultancy to appoint a Senior Planner to join their growing team in Manchester.\n\nThe business provides specialist planning and environmental consultancy across all types and scales of development, including complex projects. They advise developers, landowners, and public sector clients from feasibility through to delivery, covering major applications, public consultation, appeals, and Environmental Impact Assessments—ensuring projects are robust, compliant, and achievable.\n\nTheir work spans a diverse range of sectors, including:\n\n * \n\n Commercial & Industrial\n\n * \n\n Housing\n\n * \n\n Energy\n\n * \n\n Sport & Leisure\n\n * \n\n Transport\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) to take ownership of planning projects and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, evidence-led planning solutions.\n\nThe Role\nAs Senior Planner, you will work independently and collaboratively on a variety of planning projects, including housing land supply assessments and planning appeals.
