Senior Theraputic Care Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Therapeutic Care Practitioner to join a small, nurturing therapeutic childrens home supporting children aged 410 years .
This role is suited to someone who can act as a therapeutic parental figure , offering emotional safety, consistency, and positive role modelling within a trauma-informed, relationship-based setting.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, therapeutic care to children on a day-to-day basis

Act as a senior role model, supporting and guiding care staff

Support the Registered Manager and Deputy in the running of the home

Promote a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment

Contribute to care planning, safeguarding, and Ofsted compliance

About You: Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (or equivalent)

Have at least 2 years experience in childrens residential care

Demonstrate a calm, nurturing, and emotionally available approach

Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs

A registered driver
