We at Coforge are seeking for Senior Test Manager with the following skill set:

Skills as below:

• Strategy & Planning: Define the overall test strategy, scope, objectives, and resources; create detailed test plans.
• Team Leadership: Build, lead, coach, and manage the testing team, assigning tasks, and fostering skill development.
• Resource Management: Estimate effort, manage budgets, and ensure the team has necessary tools, environments, and licenses.
• Process & Tools: Select and implement testing tools, define best practices, and improve testing processes and frameworks.
• Execution Oversight: Monitor test execution (unit, integration, UAT, etc.) and ensure it aligns with the plan.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate testing-related risks and issues, escalating critical ones.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare reports (status, summary) and communicate effectively with developers, PMs, and stakeholders about progress, quality, and readiness.
• Quality Assurance: Champion quality, define metrics, and ensure the final product meets organizational standards

Desirable skills - Experience in Oracle Financials especially around Finance reconcilation.
