Senior Test Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing

Test Systems & Innovation

• Design and develop robust test systems for production, NPI, and prototype builds
• Translate requirements into effective hardware/software test solutions
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to the highest standards

Diagnostics & Technical Expertise

• Perform advanced fault-finding down to component level
• Use tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters to diagnose complex issues
• Support troubleshooting at board and system level
• Act as a technical mentor to engineers and technicians

• Continuous Improvement

  • Drive initiatives to improve yield, reduce test time, and enhance processes
  • Analyse data to identify trends and recurring issues
  • Lead root cause analysis activities

  
  

  Collaboration & Communication

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams
  • Produce clear technical documentation and test procedures
  • Support product verification and release activities

  
  

  What We’re Looking For

  
  

  Essential:

  • HND or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience in test, diagnostics, or production engineering
  • Excellent fault-finding skills at component level
  • Experience with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
  • Background in an electronic manufacturing/production environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
