About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Services Manager to play a vital role in the successful coordination and delivery of MEP services across multiple live fit-out projects. You’ll be responsible for managing the full technical services package from design development through to commissioning and handover.
Working closely with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients, you’ll lead coordination and integration of MEP systems with complex architectural and joinery details. You’ll manage design intent, resolve technical issues, review specifications and drawings, and ensure all works meet the highest quality and compliance standards. The role requires someone with a detailed understanding of building services systems and an ability to work across multiple fast-paced, bespoke fit-out schemes simultaneously.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have significant experience delivering MEP services within high-end interior fit-out or complex refurbishment environments, ideally on projects valued £1m+. A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems is essential, along with the ability to coordinate with design teams and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful integration with architectural features. You’ll be confident reviewing drawings and specifications, managing compliance, overseeing testing and commissioning, and ensuring services are delivered to programme. Experience working with high-spec finishes and bespoke joinery environments is highly advantageous. A background with a main contractor or specialist fit-out contractor is , along with excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Relevant qualifications in building services engineering, mechanical/electrical disciplines, or construction management are desirable
